Fives Lund is seeking an Operations Specialist (Receiving & Inventory) for our office located in Seattle, Washington to support the procurement, manufacturing and administrative teams.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities

• Performs regular data entry
• Signs for incoming deliveries
• Assesses items for damage
• Audits packing slip for accuracy and submits to accounting
• Enters item receipts into software system(s)
• Organizes items by project
• Check things in/out of inventory and assists with overall inventory management
• Assists engineers and shop technicians as needed

Our ideal candidate:

• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Data entry experience preferred
• 2yrs logistics experience helpful
• Strong computer efficacy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.53-$25.27 per hour, depending upon qualifications.
