Fives Landis Corp. - CITCO Tools is seeking a Full-time CNC Operator & Programmer 

In the CNC Operator & Programmer position, you will set up, program & operate the CNC Haas mill and brand-new lathe. Each finished part will need to be inspected using various inspection equipment to ensure the quality meets the customers’ prints.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for programming & verification of CNC machined parts
• Competent with CAM software
• Ability to read and make programming edits as needed
• Program, set-up and operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines efficiently and effectively
• Use various types of precision inspection equipment
• Utilize the proper tools, equipment, and gauges to maintain safety, quality, and production requirements
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other documents
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Punctual and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle up to 25 pounds required
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT / PPE:

• Safety glasses

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous CNC & programming experience preferred
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
• Solidworks & Mach3 CAD/CAM software experience a plus
• Experience working with tight tolerance parts
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to details
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to use hands and fingers, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Excellent time management
  Punctual and strong work ethic

SCHEDULE & PAY: 

• Ability to commute: 7605 Discovery Lane,
  Concord Twp. , Ohio 44077
• Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts
• Some overtime available
• Pay scale based on experience
